Receive Credentials

Once your subscription activates, you receive a welcome email and WhatsApp message containing your TeleLux account details. Save these — you'll need your MAC address registration link.

Install IBO Player

Download IBO Player on your device. It's available on Amazon Appstore (Firestick), Google Play (Android), Apple App Store (iOS), and direct download for Windows/Mac/MAG/Enigma2.

Note Your MAC Address

Open IBO Player. The home screen displays your device's MAC address (format: XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX) and Device Key — write both down or screenshot them.

Register & Send to Support

Visit IBOPlayer.com to register your device (uses your email). Then forward your MAC address to [email protected] or our WhatsApp at +1 514 447 7860.

Wait for Playlist Upload

Within 5–15 minutes, our concierge team uploads your personalized TeleLux playlist to your IBO Player profile. We message you the moment it's done.

Reopen IBO Player. Your 21,000+ channels, 150,000+ films and series, EPG guide, and series tracking are live. Welcome to the TeleLux experience.

1. From Firestick home, navigate to Find → Search.

2. Type "IBO Player" — install from the Amazon Appstore.

3. Launch IBO Player. Note the MAC and Key on the welcome screen.

4. Send the MAC to TeleLux support. Within minutes you're streaming.

Samsung / LG / Sony Smart TV

1. Open your TV's app store (Samsung Tizen Store, LG Content Store).

2. Search "IBO Player" or "IBO Pro Player" and install.

3. Open IBO Player — capture the MAC address shown.

4. Email or WhatsApp the MAC to TeleLux support. Done.

1. From the Google Play Store, search "IBO Player".

2. Install and launch. Confirm your MAC and Key on launch.

3. Forward MAC to TeleLux concierge.

4. Reopen — channels load automatically. Stream in 4K.

1. Open Apple App Store. Search "IBO Player".

2. Install (note: iOS version is called "iboss" or "IBO Pro Player" depending on region).

3. Launch — record your MAC address.

4. Send to TeleLux. Stream within minutes.

1. Visit IBOPlayer.com and download the Windows installer.

2. Run installer (admin rights required).

3. Launch IBO Player. Capture MAC.

4. Send to TeleLux. Watch on full-HD or 4K monitors instantly.

1. Download the macOS DMG from IBOPlayer.com.

2. Open DMG and drag IBO Player to Applications.

3. Launch from Applications. Confirm MAC.

4. Forward MAC. Stream in 4K on Retina displays.

1. Power on your MAG (250, 254, 322, 524, etc.).

2. Find the device MAC on the back label or System Info.

3. Send MAC to TeleLux support — we configure your portal URL remotely.

4. Restart MAG — channels appear instantly.

Common Setup Issues — Quick Fixes

Force-close IBO Player and reopen it. The app fetches your playlist on launch. If the issue persists after 10 minutes, message TeleLux support — we can re-push the playlist remotely. 98% of "no playlist" cases resolve within 15 minutes.

First, restart IBO Player. Then run a speed test — minimum recommended is 25 Mbps for 4K, 10 Mbps for HD. If your speed is sufficient but buffering persists, contact our team. We can switch you to a closer CDN edge (Montreal/Toronto/Vancouver) within minutes.

Search alternative names: "IBO Pro Player", "Ibox Player", or "iboss". On older Samsung models (pre-2019), use the smart hub bypass method — we provide step-by-step guidance via WhatsApp.

Ensure you've registered the MAC at IBOPlayer.com using the email you used for subscription. The device registration fee (a one-time IBO Player fee, separate from TeleLux) must be paid before your TeleLux playlist can be loaded.

EPG can take 5–10 minutes to populate after first install. If empty after that, restart IBO Player. Still empty? Message support — we can manually refresh your EPG source instantly.
